Crush Cannabis Tours is operated by the team behind Crush Beer & Wine Tours, a long-established Finger Lakes tour company.
How old do I have to be to join a tour?
All guests must be 21 years of age or older and may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID before participating.
Can I consume cannabis on the tour vehicle?
No. Cannabis consumption is not permitted on tour vehicles. Guests must comply with all New York State laws and regulations regarding cannabis use.
Are cannabis products included in the tour price?
No. Tour packages may vary. All cannabis purchases are made separately by guests at participating licensed businesses unless otherwise specified in the tour description.
Can I bring my own cannabis?
No. Outside cannabis is not allowed on the tour. For the safety of all guests, cannabis must be purchased from one of the licensed dispensaries visited during the tour.
Can I purchase cannabis during the tour?
Yes. Guests may purchase cannabis products from participating licensed dispensaries, subject to New York State laws, product availability, and purchase limits.
Will we be able to consume cannabis during the tour?
Yes. Guests will have opportunities to legally and responsibly consume cannabis at one or more designated stops during the tour, where permitted by law and the participating business.

Tours may include licensed dispensaries, cannabis microbusinesses, educational experiences, local attractions, and other approved destinations throughout the Finger Lakes and Rochester regions.

The primary benefits are convenience and safety. Guests can relax and enjoy the experience without worrying about transportation, designated drivers, or navigating unfamiliar areas.
Are your tours public or private?
Our tours are public for groups of five or fewer guests. Groups of six or more are offered as private tours.
What should I bring?
Please bring:
- A valid government-issued photo ID or passport
- Comfortable clothing and footwear
- Cash, credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods
- Water and any personal essentials you may need
Is food included?
Some tours may include food stops or meal options. Specific inclusions will be listed in the individual tour description.
What happens if there is bad weather?
Tours generally operate in most weather conditions. In cases of severe weather that could impact safety, guests will be notified regarding rescheduling options or other accommodations.
Are tours refundable?
No. Cancellation and refund policies vary by booking type. Please review the terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.

What type of transportation do you provide?
We utilize comfortable 14-passenger touring vans and 7-passenger minivans, depending on the size of the group and tour requirements.
What does the tour price include?
Pricing is per person plus applicable taxes and includes round-trip transportation, a professional driver, tour planning, scheduling, and reservations. If a lunch option is included, the price also covers lunch, one beverage, and gratuity for the restaurant server.
The tour price does not include gratuity for the driver or gratuity for dispensary staff (budtenders).
Is gratuity included in the price?
No. Driver gratuity and budtender gratuity are not included. If lunch is included with your package, gratuity for the restaurant server is included.
Can I make a deposit instead of paying in full?
Yes. Groups of six or more may reserve a tour with a 50% deposit. Once a deposit is made, the reservation is based on a minimum of six guests.
Groups of five or fewer guests must pay in full at the time of booking.
Is there a discount for non-consumers or non-tasters?
No. There is currently no discount available for non-consumers or non-tasters.
Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, our vehicles are not currently wheelchair accessible. Guests should be comfortable stepping in and out of a touring van throughout the day.
Can you pick me up at my hotel, Airbnb, or rental property?
In many cases, yes. We offer pickup at hotels, Airbnb properties, vacation rentals, and select custom locations in addition to our centralized pickup points. Available pickup options may vary depending on the tour selected and location requested.
